ARIFA is also a founding member of the Panama Chapter of the International Chamber of Commerce, organization serving as host to the International Court of Arbitration.

ARIFA's litigators actively participate in professional associations, legislative initiatives and bar association committees dealing with litigation and arbitration matters.  One of its partners was instrumental in the drafting of the Maritime Code of Procedure and another one is the Editor of an annotated and commented edition of the Code of Civil Procedure.  Some of its partners have also held high government offices and judicial positions, among them the position of Deputy of the Supreme Court of Justice.
