Daniel Alberto Abad joined the firm in 2015 and became an associate in 2021.

Mr. Abad has gained valuable experience working with the ARIFA Capital Markets and Banking team, assisting clients in their initial IPOs and banks regarding the issuance of bonds in the Panama Stock Exchange. His banking experience also includes facilitating the attainment of banking licenses for international and domestic banks, and reinsurance licenses for foreign reinsurers, as well as the drafting of syndicated term loans and revolving credit facilities, letters of credit, mortgage-backed loans and infrastructure and project finance facilities.

With the mergers and acquisitions group, Mr. Abad has participated in various transactional topics, such as process of due diligence, prices adjustment mechanisms and in the drafting of contracts with complex and modern structures for large business groups.
