SUMMARY

Jennifer Sales is an associate of the firm since 2019, when she started her legal career serving ARIFA’s clientele of private HNW individuals in the region in connection with their Panama-based corporate structures and Foundations.

Nowadays, Ms. Sales is a young lawyer working with the ARIFA banking and finance legal team in representing borrowers as well as lender on an international playing field in the negotiation and drafting of complex corporate and finance-related deals.

Ms. Sales also joined the ARIFA collaborative and fast-paced M&A practice group, where her attention to detail and efficiency help clients negotiate their agreements in the most effective way possible.
