Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega acted as special Panamanian counsel to E-Nav Offshore in the purchase of three (3) Panamanian flagged vessels from Pacific Radiance Ltd. 

E-Nav Offshore is a company headquartered in Mexico City, providing transportation services of equipment and materials to deep water offshore installations, with operations in Houston, Texas, Singapore and Ciudad del Carmen, Mexico.

ARIFA participated in the negotiation and sale structuring of the transaction, dealing with multi-jurisdictional counsels in Malaysia, Singapore, Mexico and London. 

ARIFA also took care of drafting and perfecting the transfer documentation and the filings with the Panama Maritime Authority on the sale closing in Panama, at out of working hours to meet with the closing schedule in Asia.
