Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega assisted Queiroz Galvão Óleo e Gás - QGOG Constellation S.A., in connection with the issuance of US$445,258,000.00 senior secured notes, pursuant to an Indenture whereby Wilmington Trust, National Association acted as trustee. 

Such notes issuance has been secured by, among other security, first naval mortgages over the drilling rigs of Panamanian registry named “Gold Star” and “Lone Star” (2017) and Alpha Star (2018).
